Couple Finds Dream Home in Lennar’s Chatsworth Village
Lennar's Chatsworth Village is a Virginia couple’s dream come true.
Manassas, VA, July 25, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Joseph Nash, an engineer from Petersburg, Virginia wanted a new motorcycle. Joseph’s wife Stephanie, an educator from Manassas wanted a new, larger home for their growing family.
Joseph Nash got his shiny new motorcycle and went out of town on a business trip. While he was away and without his knowledge, his wife Stephanie put a deposit on her new dream home.
What could have been a sticky situation turned out to be one that would change their lives for the better.
“You can imagine my surprise when I came home from my business trip only to learn that my wife just put a deposit on a new home,” said Joseph Nash. “We previously discussed moving and even looked at new homes, but I didn’t think she would take immediate action, especially when I was out of town,” Nash said. “I guess since I got the motorcycle, that was our compromise,” Nash said laughing.
The home Stephanie Nash chose for her family was a townhome-style condominium located in Chatsworth Village, a Lennar community in Manassas.
“Once I saw that Lennar was building in Manassas, it was a done deal,” said Stephanie Nash. “ I fell in love with the community and surrounding area. I knew Chatsworth Village would be the perfect place to call home and thankfully my husband Joseph agreed when I shared the news with him,” Stephanie Nash said.
And so the home building process begun for the Nash’s. Joseph and Stephanie chose Lennar’s Bedford floorplan, a three bedroom, two and one half bath, one -car garage home.
“One of the things that we found with building a Lennar home was that many of the upgrades we wanted were already included with the house. We looked at other builders in the area and they charged substantially more for items like tile, granite and stainless steel appliances. “We really felt that Lennar offered the best value,” Stephanie Nash said.
The Nash’s were not only pleased with their new home; they were also pleased with Lennar.
“We were so impressed with the people at Lennar,” said Joseph Nash. “They kept us involved in the building process and if we ever had any questions, they always responded quickly. The company has excellent customer service and we have gotten to know many Lennar representatives so well, that they have become like an extended family,” said Joseph Nash.
Chatsworth Village is also a special place for the Nash’s and their three-year-old son.
“The community feels very safe and all the neighbors know each other. We have regular cookouts and get-togethers, it’s a lot of fun living here”, said Stephanie Nash.
“We could not be happier in our home and in Chatsworth Village; I applaud my wife for making such an excellent selection,” said Joseph Nash.
With only 11 townhome-style condominiums remaining, Chatsworth Village is in its final stages of development. Homes in the community are priced from $220,990.
Chatsworth Village is located in Manassas near Interstate 66, a Virginia Railway Express Station and close to shopping, dining and entertainment.
