Large Upscale Hotel Chain Eyeing Motorcycle Resort
New venture may be garnering the attention of some of the biggest names in the Hospitality Business. Vintages the First Luxury Resort for motorcyclists has been getting a lot of mileage in the last few months as it has announced the development of Vintages Resorts in New Mexico.
Albuquerque, NM, August 31, 2006 --(PR.com)-- It appears that Vintages Inc. the developer of North Americas First Luxury Resort for Motorcyclists has received the green flag and is moving quickly towards becoming the standard in luxury accommodation for the 10 million strong motorcyclists.
It also may have inadvertently become a big blip on the Hospitality radar screen as of late, as more than one major hotel chain has been rumored to be interested in a market with a potential the size of Vintages.
"There is no limit in what the potential is for this market," says Brad Leith President of Vintages Inc., "there is no other facility or concept such as ours available in North America and that makes for a very lucrative niche"
With Harley Davidson sales expected to be in excess of 360,000 units for 2006, fuel costs rising and Baby Boomers hitting their stride, the over all future for the lucrative motorcycle market is excellent. As real estate sales continue to slide sideways and even down and the automotive market falls to new lows, the motorcycle market and all of the many ancillary facets continue to expand and grow.
"If you could grow your market overnight by 25% or greater wouldn't you look at an acquisition," Leith said referring to the rumor of interest by a large hotel chain, "it only makes sense, sorry dollars and many of them"
Vintages Inc. is anticipating the completion of their first of 20 plus proposed Resorts early in 2007. Vintages Inc. is available at www.vintagesresorts.com or 1-877-hiwaybound (1-877-449-2926)
