Bakeries of Primorsky Krai and Amurskaya Oblast Put Into Production Flour Zhitnitsa of OJSC PAVA

Major Russian grain processor PAVA has shipped pilot consignments of Zhitnitsa flour to bakeries of Primorsky Krai and Amurskaya Oblast.

Barnaul, Russia, July 26, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The first pilot supplies of Zhitnitsa flour to the Eastern regions of Russia began in January 2009. PAVA, which is the developer of this unique product, formed its first customer orders quickly enough. The biggest interest came from bakeries of Primorsky Krai and Amurskaya Oblast.

Mrs Kiseleva, Chief Commercial Officer of the Company stated, “our exciting new product has received outstanding preliminary comments from early users – including producers from Russian and overseas markets”. According to PAVA partners the flour gives the bread a taste and texture very similar to white bread. But it has very unique properties – vitamins and mineral structure. Zhitnitsa flour contains living grain cells, which give flour several times more vitamins, macro- and micro elements than traditional sorts of flour. As a result, bread made of Zhitnitsa flour has the unique set of vitamins, macro-and micro elements.

Zhitnitsa presents an excellent opportunity for bakers from regions with inclement climatic conditions to expand their assortment with vitamins-enriched bread and to attract the additional attention of the customers.

Initially starting with small trial orders bakeries of Primorsky Krai and Amurskaya Oblast are expanding their orders very quickly.
