Ronald McDonald House of Indiana Selects Gary Hubbell Consulting for Strategic Planning Services
Ronald McDonald House of Indiana has retained the services of Gary Hubbell Consulting to provide planning and strategy development.
Milwaukee, WI, August 31, 2006 --(PR.com)-- Ronald McDonald House of Indiana (RMH) is one of over 200 Ronald McDonald Houses throughout the world. Since opening in 1982, the House has served thousands of families as a home-away-from-home for families of seriously ill or injured children hospitalized in the Indianapolis area. These families often travel hundreds of miles to seek medical treatment for their child, far away from the comfortable surroundings of their family, friends, and home. The Ronald McDonald House helps these families by offering them a refuge from the hospital setting.
Gary Hubbell Consulting will design a planning process with the RMH Board Development Committee and Executive Director that uniquely reflects RMH of Indiana and best planning practices for nonprofit organizations. Beth Johnson, Executive Director of RMH stated "Our selection of Gary Hubbell Consulting was based on the importance of this planning process, the importance of selecting the best consultant for our organization and, our understanding of the need to make an investment in terms of time and energy as well as monetarily."
As a strategic planning and resource development consultant with almost thirty years experience helping nonprofit organizations fulfill their missions, Hubbell is well positioned to assist RMH as it embarks on this planning process. With Hubbell’s guidance RMH will be able to harness the process to effectively engage board, staff, and key constituencies while developing a clear, compelling vision for RMH and articulate the strategies necessary to achieve it.
In addition to Hubbell’s work serving as counsel and coach to organizations across the country, he is an active author and speaker. His independent research resulted in the publication of his first book, Forces of Change: The Coming Challenges in Hospital Philanthropy (Association of Healthcare Philanthropy, 2005).
