Las Vegas Bankruptcy Attorneys and Loan Modification Experts Haines & Krieger Open Third Office in Southeast Las Vegas
Las Vegas, NV, July 29, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Haines & Krieger, P.C., the leading consumer bankruptcy law firm and loan modification experts in Las Vegas, has announced the opening of an office in Southeast Las Vegas in order to better provide much-needed bankruptcy services to residents of the greater Las Vegas area, including help with foreclosure and loan modification.
The new office will be Haines & Krieger’s third location and is located conveniently in the Beltway Corporate Center. The official address is 8985 S. Eastern Ave, Suite 180, Beltway Corporate Center, Las Vegas, NV 89123, 1-800-LAWYERS or 1-702-880-5554.
“We see every day how much people in our Las Vegas community are struggling, especially with making mortgage payments and trying to avoid foreclosure,” said Dave Krieger, one of Haines & Krieger’s founding attorneys. “We're trying to do everything we can to make sure people have access to bankruptcy protection and the loan modification process so that they can protect themselves.”
Firm co-founder George Haines emphasized that visitors to the new Southeast office location will still be entitled to a free initial consultation and provided access to the full range of the Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy, loan modification, debt counseling and other services by a team of highly experienced Haines & Krieger bankruptcy attorneys.
“Times are tough, especially in Las Vegas, and we're glad to be in a position to help people” added Haines. “We know we’re able to provide bankruptcy and loan modification services at a level beyond what most people are getting. So we're really glad we can offer assistance to people who live in other parts of Las Vegas so that they have the chance to benefit from the same level of experience and service we provide our clients in Central and Northwest Las Vegas.”
Nevada has consistently ranked as the state with the highest number of foreclosures per household. In the first quarter of 2009, approximately 1 in every 56 households in Las Vegas received a foreclosure filing, and approximately 1 in 67 households in the state of Nevada received a foreclosure filing. In April, NPR Radio ran a feature story on Las Vegas referring to it as “Foreclosure City.”
“Opening a new office in Southeast Las Vegas is especially timely given Nevada's new foreclosure mediation program,” said Krieger. "It's a powerful new option for homeowners that we've been able to really use effectively on our clients' behalf. There's such an overwhelming need for attorneys with expertise in these new loan modification options, so I'm really pleased that we're able to expand our reach in this way."
“It shows we’re doing everything we can to help out Las Vegas residents and homeowners with their financial situations," said Haines. "And we're extremely proud of that.”
George Haines and David Krieger each have over 10 years of bankruptcy practice experience. They founded Haines & Krieger in Las Vegas together in 2004 after practicing bankruptcy and business law in New York and New Jersey. They are both members of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the American Bar Association and the American Consumer Bankruptcy College.
