The Red Room’s Executive Chef to Compete in Chef Challenge
Raleigh, NC, July 29, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Dean Ogan, owner of Rocky Top Hospitality (www.rockytophospitality.com), has announced that Anthony Perez, the executive chef at the Red Room, will be competing in the second annual Chef Challenge, presented by the American Heart Association. The event is designed to celebrate the culinary talents from the Triangle’s leading chefs and will serve as the kickoff for the Triangle Heart Ball campaign and 25th anniversary.
