Kathi Clarke Uses Her Business Strategy and Interpersonal Skills to Her Decision to Join ActionCOACH

Las Vegas, NV, July 29, 2009 --(PR.com)-- An Industrial Psychologist by profession, Kathi Clarke spent most of her time prior to joining ActionCOACH in the corporate game gaining the all-round business experience that has seen her succeed in general management. She started her career in retail marketing and advertising and after being selected for a Masters Programme at one of South Africa’s leading universities, she joined the human resources division of Donaldsons, a South African subsidiary of a global air filtration business headquartered in Minneapolis.

She followed her five-year stint with Donaldsons with an 18-month solo trip through Africa and Europe and went on to spend 15 years in East Africa principally working for and with multinationals - EAC Trading, CARE International, Anglogold and DANIDA - as a Managing Director and a business consultant, among others.

Since returning to South Africa two years ago, she has been principally providing services to organisations looking to go to the “next level” and to successfully navigate the normal responsibilities and challenges of visioning, marketing, reorganising for greater profit and re-positioning for significant change that this next level demands.
