Chicago, IL, July 30, 2009 --(PR.com)-- GiveForward is a Chicago-based social venture committed to helping individuals and non-profits raise money for good causes. Founded in 2008, the website provides easy-to-use personal fundraising pages that make it simple for individuals and organizations to raise money from friends and family from all over the world.
This week, a new version of the GiveForward site launched with a number of updated features, most notably Group Pages. The goal of the Group Pages feature is make it easier for nonprofit organizations, school clubs, and other institutions to raise money for their causes by giving them a permanent place GiveForward.
With the addition of Group Pages, Organizations can now set up a permanent page on GiveForward that will make it easier than ever for their supporters to fundraise on their behalf. Non-profits, high school sports teams, marathon training clubs and even college fraternities and sororities can all utilize the Group Pages feature to easily fundraise directly to their selected cause.
“We are excited about group pages because it gives nonprofits and other organizations the tools they need for their supporters to raise money on their behalf,” said Ethan Austin, co-founder of GiveForward. Group pages, along with several other unique changes, have allowed GiveForward’s new site to truly expand the concept of fundraising.
