Unique Leadership Training Program Introduces Military Adventure in the Florida Everglades

Naples, FL, July 31, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Adventure Training Concepts (ATC), a Naples-based company that promotes leadership and team building within organizations, announces a new program called “Adventure-based Training in the Everglades.”

The program, which kicks off the weekend of October 16-18th, combines strategic and tactical training - and leadership skills - through an advanced Military Special Operations mission in the Florida Everglades. The training builds leadership skills such as vision, courage and trust, which all executives strive to achieve. Participants can either sign up individually or as a team, but will be limited to 10 for the exercise. For a promotional price of $5,000/pp each participant will experience Military Special Ops overview, reconnaissance, infiltration, and even a transport on a military grade helicopter during the 3 day/2 night adventure.

The adventure will begin with a night at a luxury hotel in one of Naples finest – with a dinner and briefing of the coming events. But make sure you get your rest because what will follow the next 2 days will challenge your inner-leader beyond imagination. Tactical and strategic training includes: Reconnaissance, Stealth, Cover and Concealment, Infiltration, Street Craft, Weapons Overview, Target Acquisition and Assessment, Full Scale Rehearsal, Safe House, Sand Table, Team Movement, Team Assignments, Rescue Operation, Safety on the Water, Water Movement, Infiltration of an island, Locating Hostage, and After Action Review.
