Rev. Warren C. Biebel Jr. has been communicating the Good News and hope of the gospel for more than 60 years. While pastoring in New Hampshire and Vermont for 25 years, he also served as a chaplain at the Vermont State Prison and the Veterans Administration Hospital in White River Junction, Vermont.
