Author of the Book "Turning the Tides," Just Released by Signalman Publishing, Offers Safety and Security Analysis

Mr. Elander is a former Emergency Management Coordinator in Vermont, a retired Disaster Assistance Employee for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and former Hazard Mitigation Consultant to the New Hampshire Office of Emergency Management.
