Author Shows That Dating Can be Hell.... Literally
New book shows heroism, loneliness, and the meaning of true love.
Utica, MI, August 01, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Michigan author Jon David has dusted off a story from his youth, "Diary of a Lonely Demon," and self-published it through Lulu.com.
Mr. David originally wrote this work in his early college years and only shared it with a chosen few. Through his art he built a small fan base online about a young woman named "Morgalla", who happens to be a demon. In recent years he went back to school and used his free time to write his 321-page, tongue-in-cheek romantic novel "The Trilogy of Morgalla, Part One: Diary of a Lonely Demon."
What makes the work unique is the fact that adults of all ages can enjoy it. Long time Morgalla fan Sue Henrick says "I think it is a delightful read, different from all the other books I have ever read. Morgalla is the most unique heroine that I have ever seen."
Mr. David says: "People can both connect and admire Morgalla, she stands a chance of achieving an amazing fan base. Where Frodo and Potter have stood, Morgalla will now take her place along side them."
The book is about a young woman and her inability to show her "true self" every moment that she is around others. This is especially a problem because she starts to date a young human. To sum the book up in one sentence, it's about the meaning of true love.
