Celebrity Chef, Richard Phillips, Serves Up a New Recipe on the Internet

TV Chef, Richard Phillips, new Internet TV Show 'Made in Great Britain' is available to download free of charge. New hints and tips show provides service to all aspiring cooks.

Chatham, United Kingdom, August 05, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Celebrity Chef, Richard Phillips has launched an Internet TV show made by POD3.TV. Richard Phillips, who appears on Ready Steady Cook, Too Many Cooks and the current series of ITV's Daily Cooks Challenge, is no stranger to TV but the venture into Web TV is new.

TV chef, Richard Phillips new series called ‘Made in Great Britain’ explores the use of seasonal and local ingredients to produce stunning ‘easy to make’ meals. The programme, a six part series follows Richard as he travels around the county of Kent exploring the best in local and regional produce.

Throughout the series, Richard will be passing on the tips that make any meal a success. As well as using the experience he has gained working not only for some of the most famous names in cooking today, but also from helming his three successful restaurants in Kent, Thackeray’s, The Hengist and Richard Phillips at Chapel Down.

“There are some simple tips that I want to pass on to ensure that viewers won’t be left with a bitter taste in their mouths when preparing a dish for a special occasion or as part of your every day cooking. Sometimes the smallest tip can add a new level and dimension of taste to ordinary ingredients.” Richard said. “These Internet TV shows are a brilliant way to serve a new type of audience with a programmed packed with hints and tips on buying local and using seasonal produce. The new series is available to download free from iTunes and POD3.tv’s own website. There are also links to the programme on Richard’s YouTube channel Cooking with Richard Phillips. With interviews from various suppliers, Richard takes us from source to sauce and from picking to producing some of the tastiest meals possible direct to the table.
