Live On-Air Dance Party with Radio Disney at Troy Elementary Schools

Troy, IL, August 07, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The Troy Parent Teacher Organization for C.A.Henning & Silver Creek Elementary Schools is excited to announce that the Great Skate of Troy will sponsor a Radio Disney DJ Dance Party at both schools during their Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies for the new playground & fitness equipment. Radio Disney AM1260 will air these events Live on the radio Thursday, August 13, from 7p.m. to 8p.m.

The local community is invited to take part in this event which will include:
Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
Dancing to Radio Disney Music
Themed games
Prizes & Giveaways including Disney DVD’s, CD’s and other Disney merchandise

Local vendors will be in attendance. Representatives from Cub Scout Pack 38 and the Girl Scouts of Troy will be available to discuss scouting.

Students and their families are encouraged to attend the ceremony at their elementary school. These events will run simultaneously and will take place on the playground area of each school.
