San Jose, CA, August 08, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Attorney Richard Dayton was the primary speaker representing The State Bar of California Speakers Bureau today in the Cupertino Senior Center. The presentation is sponsored by the State Bar of California and is designed to educate senior citizens on estate planning fraud and abuse prevention.

Many of our senior citizens are facing major threat from predators, including family members, from inappropriate estate planning scams and frauds. Predators try to scam when these senior citizens need help the most. These predators may use free gifts or free lunch seminars to sell fake mortgage refinancing or fraudulent government benefits application.
