Benjamin H. Cooper brings over 15 years experience working with privately held and publicly held fortune 500 companies. He has held several executive positions for numerous years focusing on corporate Human Resources and Contract negotiations.

Having completed numerous speaking and corporate training engagements, his focus has centered amongst delivering programs to include conflict resolution, strategic business development & planning, employee career succession planning, compensation strategy, developing a diverse workforce and EEOC hiring and counseling information.

The law practice focuses on areas to include Labor & Employment, Corporation & Business, Contract, Wills & Trusts and Probate.

Benjamin H. Cooper is a member of the Alabama State Bar and Birmingham Bar Associations. He serves as a mentor for the Micro Mash Bar Preparation Program, working with students who are preparing to sit for the Alabama Bar Examination. He earned his undergraduate degree from Florida State University and Juris Doctor from The Birmingham School of Law.

The practice was opened in June, 2009 and is located in Birmingham, Alabama in the historic Frank Nelson Building.
