Dr. Joseph Abraham, Director Center for Human Growth and Business Insights. Dr. Joseph Abraham’s professional background is in both areas: Management and Psychology. Since 1980 has practiced in Israel, Europe and USA as a business consultant, change management consultant, certified Small Business Advice provider and leadership trainer. Last year the focus was on a family with a printing business that was transformed from a local shop to nationwide sales due to a smart marketing decision to move to the internet in 2000. Sales volume (revenues) grew 10 times larger in seven years, but profits grew only slightly better than before. The crucial difficulties were not financial: the family was not prepared for the day-to-day stress of the company growth.
