Dodge Communications Included on the Inc. 5000 List
Healthcare PR firm recognized as one of the nation’s fastest growing private companies.
Atlanta, GA, August 13, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Dodge Communications, a leading PR and marketing agency specializing in healthcare, today announced that the firm was named number 1771 on the 2009 Inc. 5000 list, which ranks the fastest growing private companies in America.
The third annual list results are based on revenue growth from the beginning of 2005 to the end of 2008. To be eligible, a company must have been founded by the first week of 2005, and reported minimum revenues of $200,000 that year and $2 million in 2008. The Inc. 5000 list is an extension of the annual Inc. 500 list, which was started in 1982 to recognize the achievements of American entrepreneurs and has included companies such as Microsoft, Timberland, Intuit and UnderArmour.
From 2005 until 2008, Dodge experienced a 196 percent growth in revenue due to the increased demand for the company’s services. As the healthcare technology market grew, so did the need for Dodge Communications’ expertise in the field. During those four years, the company expanded from 16 clients to 24.
“The Inc. 5000 list is a testament to the all American companies – as well as the growth that we at Dodge have experienced over the last four years,” said Brad Dodge, president and CEO of Dodge Communications. “It is a privilege to be named to a list that has recognized so many of America’s great companies over the years, and we look forward to continued growth in the coming years.”
