Houston jewelry artist Linda Grandstaff of Suarez Silver (formerly Grand Glimmers) has released a Fall line of jewelry for 2011 entitled Dream Catchers. Copper is featured prominently and is textured, pierced, drilled & oxidized. Sterling silver sheet and wire are used to enhance the design. The first series features Turquoise cabochons as focal points in the designs. Bracelets, Rings and Earrings are available. The artist is currently working on a Neck Piece and a Pendant in this series.
Houston, TX, August 13, 2009 --(PR.com)-- As a result of escalating silver prices, the artist decided to use copper as the base metal for this new series of Cuff bracelets, Rings and Earrings titled "Dream Catchers." By using copper for the majority of the design and sterling silver as accent metal helps lower the cost of production. As a result, the savings are passed to the customer. The artist is currently working on a neck piece for the Dream Catcher series.
