Volume Group Ltd Expansion Leads to New HQ
Due to continued expansion, Volume Group Ltd are moving offices.
Wokingham, United Kingdom, August 14, 2009 --(PR.com)-- As one of the leading marketing agencies in the UK today, Volume’s continued success is testament to the healthy state of marketing and growth in digital communications. This move to a fully self-contained facility in Wokingham (and only 30 minutes from London) shows the value the creative-and-technology proposition is delivering to the marketing industry.
With key clients including the likes of Oracle, Dell and BOC, as well as a raft of new account wins such as University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust, Volume continues to expand its offering and services based on a unique ability to mesh creative energy with technology and digital solutions.
Colin Lloyd, the Volume Group Advisory Board Chairman, comments on how he sees Volume’s approach increasingly changing the way things have been done and how clients are continuing to challenge their business models:
“The work Volume has done on the recent launch of www.epmtv.eu and www.enterprise20.tv is proof that its unique dynamic delivers real results. The meshing of a new web TV technology platform with social media planning and creative has meant that both sites were able to exceed all expectations and deliver a whole new approach to demand generation.”
“This very different way of thinking, breaking new ground and really listening to clients’ business issues, has led to Volume now rolling out another global application that supports all Dell’s channel partners as Dell makes huge changes to its go-to-market strategy.”
This dynamic continues to bring clients to Volume, including the UK’s leading out-of-hours emergency veterinary network, Vets Now.
Volume is building the Vets Now CRM system where all stakeholders, including customers, have been consulted on their needs prior to design or build.
After being shortlisted alongside Sage and Microsoft CRM solutions, the Volume team was successful because of its creative approach to bespoke solutions and flexibility in delivery.
Alan Dunlop, CRM & Insight Manager at Vets Now, comments on his relationship with Volume:
“Our organisation is somewhat unique in that we have more remote stakeholders than office-based, and our relationship with our Member Practices is crucial to our ongoing success. Volume has been able to bring resource from across its Group to build us a solution that has our current segmentation needs at the heart of what’s needed, whilst providing the flexibility for future growth ambitions. They’ve been great with all our teams and customer groups throughout the whole process and we’re thoroughly enjoying working with them.”
As a result of the continued commitment to clients and the marketing industry as a whole, the move to a new 12,000 sq ft facility, will allow ongoing recruitment of world-class talent.
With investment in both the creative and working environment, the Volume teams will continue to create the energy and magic that has made them so successful to date.
Chris Sykes, CEO for the Volume Group, comments on how he hopes to attract even more talent to his already rich pool of creatives and technology gurus:
“We’re building the new office from the floor up and are able to redesign an environment that reflects our ways of working, ambitions, and captures the energy we want both staff and clients to enjoy.”
“Volume people are hard to find, but I’m focused on making sure my team has the right people and the best infrastructure so that everyone continues to find working at Volume extremely rewarding.”
Wokingham will continue to be the HQ home of Volume, but from September, Volume will be based at Buckhurst Court on London Road.
