Sibyl Systems is proud to announce the formation and launch of its call center division. The call center will be staffed by Microsoft and Linux certified professionals, that will be manned 24x7 365.
Syracuse, NY, August 14, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Effective immediately Sibyl Systems will begin offering call center services to small to medium size businesses that need a dedicated call support center but either cannot afford to staff its own unit or lacks the operational size that would neccitate a dedicated staff for such a purpose.
Sibyl Systems President John Rice stated “Many of our customers would love to have a centralized number for their employees to call if they are having an issue with software or hardware issues but at the same time cannot justify the expense of opening such a unit. Sibyl Systems initially estimate the call center will staff 6 certified customer service representatives, which they estimate will be able to handle around 200 calls per day, and average 10 minutes per incident. If a call cannot be resolved over the phone a service technician will be dispatched with a guaranteed response time of 2 hours or less.
