Award Winning Children's Books
Although only launched this year The Pencil Play Pals children's books—published by Whehey Publishing—have already won 2 "Creative Child Magazine" awards.
Brooklyn, NY, August 16, 2009 --(PR.com)-- "An award show is only as good as its judges, so we are particularly pleased to be honored by over 100 moms and educators for 2 of our Pencil Play Pals books at this years Creative Child Magazine awards," said Simon Chandler—owner of Whehey Publishing.
"The Pristine Pig" picked up an award of excellence, and "Pencil Play Pals Games" got a preferred choice award.
Launched this Year, the Pencil Play Pals brand is definitely off to a good start, you've only got to read some of the customer reviews at www.pencilplaypals.com—the Pencil Play Pals on-line shop. Where the books are for sale and retailers can contact Whehey Publishing for more information, and download a catalog from the retailers only page.
Also available is "The Crocodile Who Thought She Was a Duck." This funny and fully illustrated children's book was written by Charley Chomp—one of the Pencil Play Pals. Norman Childes apparently only helped him out a bit. Like he did with Curly Tail, author of "The Pristine Pig."
All the Pencil Play Pals got together for "Pencil Play Pals Pencil Games." An activity book of kid-friendly instructions on how to play, and make (from pencils and odds and ends around the home) 20 of their favorite games.
