Full Figured Fashion Week Comes to Charlotte, NC

Charlotte, NC, August 19, 2009 --(PR.com)-- SizeRevolution, LLC is teaming up with various full figured designers, boutiques and other organizations to bring to Charlotte the first "Queen City Full Figured Fashion Week." Keir Duncan, Director of SizeRevolution, an organization that is dedicated to empowering full-figured women, has tentatively set the date for Wednesday September 30 - Sunday, October 4, 2009.

Ms. Duncan has researched the industry and knows that approximately 61% of the United States population is estimated to fall in the full figured category, hence has a vast majority of spending power. The women that fall into these numbers look for fashion inspiration, various events that cater to their needs and workshops to assist them with their buying needs.

SizeRevolution will bring five full days of various activities throughout the Charlotte area to present positive images and ignite national conversation for the voluptuous woman including "The Silhouettes of A Woman Fashion Show," a yacht ride, a one woman show by actress Erica Watson and many more exciting activities. Similar events have sparked across the country with huge success including the Full Figured Fashion Week in NYC organized by one of the full figured industry greats, Ms. Gwen DeVoe.
