Bobby Grace Putters Announces the Winner of the Name That Putter Contest
Bobby Grace Putters chooses the name Triumph for the latest Bobby Grace putter masterpiece.
St. Petersburg, FL, August 19, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The Bobby Grace Putter Company, in a joint effort with www.mygolfspy.com, announced today the winner of the “Name That Putter” contest.
Triumph has been chosen as the name of Bobby Grace’s latest design in his AMG series of putters. The winning submission was the idea of Rob Zarandona of Fullerton, California. Bobby Grace stated that Triumph resonated with him and his design team, saying “Triumph embodies everything about this putter design in that we feel we have succeeded in making the ultimate game improvement putter in terms of forgiveness and feel.”
The Triumph putter is part of Bobby Grace Putters soon to be released AMG (All Machined Grace) series and will retail for $199. The Triumph will also be available in Belly and Long versions later in 2009.
In addition to the pride of knowing that a putter named by him will be hitting retail shelves and tour professional’s bags later this year, Rob also won a one of a kind handmade Bobby Grace Artist Series putter valued at $1,000. 12 other winners were chosen in a random drawing of all other submissions. The contest received submissions from all 50 states and over 30 foreign countries.
