Scott Bianculli Joins Red Sky Tapas & Bar of Marietta
Marietta, GA, August 20, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Red Sky Tapas & Bar, an eclectic tapas restaurant located in East Cobb of Marietta, announces the addition of Scott Bianculli to its team. Bianculli will focus on building the restaurant’s operations and sales efforts, including improving upon already excellent service and food, and driving the private luncheon and catering business.
A native of Tennessee, Scott has been in Georgia for over ten years and has a lengthy career of 27 years in the foodservice industry. His experience ranges from operations to foodservice distribution sales and account management with Sysco Foodservices of Atlanta. Scott joined Red Sky in June to take on his dream of being an owner and operator of a successful restaurant.
Scott’s extensive background brings a great skill set to Red Sky, offering a high-level of expertise in guest experience and food product knowledge, ensuring that both the restaurant’s service and menu are of the highest quality.
“I look forward to contributing to the overall Red Sky guest experience. I strive in continuing to bring in new guests and letting them in on the best kept secret of East Cobb,” explains Bianculli.
