The Flavor of the Month on iTunes - Adam’s Trouble is Here
mLab, the animation and gaming firm and an offshoot of the global digital learning company Emantras, ventures into its first iPhone game called Adam’s Trouble, which is a free version available on iTunes.
Fremont, CA, August 21, 2009 --(PR.com)-- mLab, the hotshot specialty animation firm, which shot into fame with its two acclaimed and very well received short animation movies ‘Music Binds all’ and ‘Curios Todd and the mystery dream’ has launched their 1st iphone/iPod game called Adams Trouble which can be available at http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewSoftware?id=325934793&mt=8. With the iphone phenomena catching up, so has the spurt of developers creating new, snazzy iphone games.
With over 20 million iPhones sold in the last 2 years and millions of ipod touches gone in a flash, there are over 4700 games available as of this year, and is on the rise consistently. Some are free, but some of the popular games could be quite an expenditure ranging from $5 to $10, but have not been a hindrance to their popularity.
According to Comscore, nearly 32% of iphone users download a game once in a month, which is an enormous statistics by itself, and has provided the impetus to countless developers to come with attractive games.
But it is also imperative that the touch games are easy to understand, with simple controls and enough excitement packed to keep the viewer hooked.
About the game -
Adams trouble – lite is a fairly simple and straightforward yet nerve tingling game which features a bloke Adam caught in a maze, with rising toxic liquid from the bottom end. Adam wants to escape through a door at the top end and he needs to jump to different levels, open the valve and reach for the exit door.
In this bid, he has to avoid slipping and falling in the pool of toxic liquid and also the creepy creatures which crawl over the well.
Its spread over three levels, with the toughness quotient increasing progressively with each level.
It’s one of the ‘easy to use’ games available on iTunes, and is thus capable of entertaining an audience of diverse age groups.
It features ‘easy on the eye’ graphics and functionally effective interface.
The advanced version shall follow soon, which will be available at 99c, and will be packed with more features like facebook integration, more levels, more obstacles and challenges.
