The popular apartment Swanlamer 12, By the Beach Apartments, a division of Red Sky Ventures, is now under new management. Nita's Holiday will now complete the client handling in Swakopmund for Red Sky Ventures.

By the Beach had a successful first year of operations, with occupancy and returns exceeding expectations, however logistical problems plagued their management.
