Oxford, United Kingdom, August 28, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Adam Caller, founder of leading full-time tutors agency Tutors International, has been granted full membership of America's prestigious Independent Education Consultants Association (IECA). Adam satisfied the rigorous application process in three categories of expertise; Professional, Special Educational Needs and International Education. The Independent Educational Consultants Association is a non-profit, international professional organisation that represents experienced full-time independent educational consultants. It is widely regarded as one of America's most prestigious education profession bodies and is characterised by excellent ethical values, a strict code of conduct and a commitment to be non-exploitative of families. "The ICEA doesn't prey on anxieties, which some of the less reputable professionals in this field have been known to do," commented Adam. "I've always had an admiration for the approach that the IECA has to education consultancy in general, and also more specifically the fact that it has never lowered its standards in order to increase membership numbers."
Full professional membership status is only granted after an extensive evaluation period. "From beginning to end, the application process took several months," Adam said. "It incorporated gathering extensive evidence of my professional experience, references from a selection of key individuals and proof of the quality of my education. It culminated in a rather grueling interview, but all of these requirements simply reinforced the respect I have for the IECA and how carefully screened its members are."
Adam is also an active member of the Society of Education Consultants, the leading UK organisation for independent education consultants. "Being a member of the two main education consultancy organisations in the world is critical for me as I advise families in countries all over the world, with many in America and the UK," Adam explained. "Both of these organisations are progressive, and listen closely to their members. My new status in the IECA makes me feel privileged to be accepted as a professional of such a reputable organisation with such high status in its field."
