Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® Offers September North Carolina State Certified Continuing Education Courses
Raleigh, NC, August 28, 2009 --(PR.com)-- John Wood, president of the Raleigh Regional Association of REALTORS® (RRAR) (www.rrar.com), has announced the Association’s continuing education courses for September, which will be held at RRAR’s training facility, located at 111 Realtor Way in Cary. The following courses will be offered:
Broker In Charge Annual Review, BICAR
Instructor: Vick Ferneyhough
Course Description: This course must be completed prior to June 10, 2010 by all brokers-in-charge who were designated as a broker-in-charge prior to July 1, 2008 and who wish to remain a broker-in-charge.
Wednesday, Sept.16 from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Financing Dreams
Instructor: Cle Newsom and Kat Driscoll
Course Description: Do you want to help your first-time home buyers realize their dreams? The North Carolina Housing Finance Agency provides low cost mortgage programs to assist your buyers. This class will provide information about the NCHFA financing programs.
