Faint Sounds Captured by Sonitrol Pacific, Two Arrested
Granite Falls, WA, August 28, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Faint sounds of movement captured inside a classroom by Sonitrol Pacific’s audio security system led deputies to arrest two suspected burglars August 14.
Sonitrol Pacific Operator Minta Christopherson received the system activation from the Washington school’s classroom and heard movement noises streaming over the real-time audio security sensors. She called sheriff’s deputies.
Officers responded quickly, located and apprehended two people. Deputies believe the suspects managed to pull open a door to get inside the school.
This is the fourth time this year Sonitrol Pacific has detected activity at the school and police responded to make arrests. Previously suspects were arrested June 17, May 16, and February 7 of 2009.
