Sizakele Gambu is the Newest ActionCOACH in South Africa
Sizakele Gambu joins to ActionCOACH with an extensive financial background.
Las Vegas, NV, August 29, 2009 --(PR.com)-- While reading an issue of the South African edition of Entrepreneur Magazine, Sizakele Gambu came across an article about ActionCOACH founder and CEO Brad Sugars.
At the time, Gambu was looking for an opportunity that would allow her to be creative, have a flexible work schedule and spread the spirit of entrepreneurship.
“I was looking for a change because without change, there can be no progress,” Gambu said. “Progress is an integral part of success. I was looking for an opportunity to reconnect myself with what is meaningful to me and what I truly want to be.”
Her first impression of ActionCOACH was that it had a strong business model. ‘It's a model that takes a holistic view of a business,” she said. “The model has also been tested in both developing and developed countries.”
Gambu is a franchise owner in Gauteng, Johannesburg. Her Master Licensee is Pieter Scholtz.
While working at the retail bank, she had three different positions over the course of six years: a business analyst in the investment division, a financial planner who advised clients about investment, retirement and tax planning, and a financial manager in the small and medium enterprise division.
In addition, Gambu qualified as a chartered accountant before the age of 25. “I am especially proud of this because I come from a historically disadvantaged background,” she said.
“I have a solid qualification in business accompanied by a very diverse work experience. During my career, I have worked with SMME's (small, micro and medium enterprises), listed companies, unlisted companies and also with government,” she added. “I believe, to a certain extent all people have entrepreneurial potential, but to harness this requires providing them with favorable rules of the game, I believe I have a solid foundation to provide them with that. My qualifications in financial planning will also enable me to have a holistic view of my clients’ needs, providing them with advice on both personal and business corporate needs.”
Gambu said she is excited to become a part of ActionCOACH and get started with her new career. “The entrepreneurs’ journey is exciting, uncertain and full of pleasant and unpleasant surprises. What excites me the most is that I'll be a companion to my clients in their entrepreneurial journey,” she said.
“Being an ActionCOACH will also give me an opportunity to help people realize their dreams. It all starts with a vision, every successful business large and small was started by individuals with a vision.”
ActionCOACH is the world’s number one business coaching and executive coaching firm, with more than 1,000 offices in 26 countries. To learn more, go to actioncoach.com.
