Professor Richard Beatty Headlines International Master Class on Developing HR Strategy
Leading international academic, Professor Richard Beatty, is to headline a master class titled, ‘The Differentiated Workforce strategy – Transforming Talent into Strategic Impact’, at the Infohrm annual conference in central London on 13 November 2009.

Professor Beatty will provide commentary around research from his latest book, ‘The Differentiated Workforce’ to the European HR community. Based at Rutgers University in North America, he will share knowledge gained from two decades of academic research and experience working with hundreds of executives from Fortune 100 companies.
Professor Beatty’s workshops are highly acclaimed and touch upon a subject that is particularly relevant in times of corporate downsizing and restructuring. The master class will be held over a single day, tailored to suit a senior HR audience.
