In this program group members learn all about their anger and how to address it so it no longer wrecks havoc in their life. The program assists them stop hostile and aggressive behavior, recurring arguments and fights, relating by attacking and defending, and pushing loved ones away. They learn how to take control of themselves and their life, and build warm and loving relationships.

Anger is a normal feeling that serves as a red flag to an individual that their boundaries are in conflict, they are being wronged in some way, and their needs are not being met. Anger becomes a symptom and problematic when it is used as a defense mechanism to address issues masking more vulnerable feelings that need tending. This is the anger they address in the anger work.
The anger work assists clients understand what is driving their anger, identify the pain and hurt underneath the anger, and how this perpetuates the reactive and dissatisfying pattern of relating with their partner and others.
About the Program:
The Anger Management Program addresses anger in the context of one's life and relationships (additional psychotherapy work might be required depending on the nature of what is driving one's anger). In this program members learn all about their anger and how to address it so it no longer wrecks havoc in their life.
They learn how to resolve their "anger" by learning where it comes from, how it gets triggered, its function and by addressing its underlying cause. This process assist members address their masked vulnerable feelings, change how they relate to others, and get their needs met. They finally are able to be themselves and invite acknowledgement, acceptance, nurturing and intimacy into their life and relationships.

If scheduling problems arise, participants are permitted to miss one session, and additional missed sessions can be made up. Individual One-On-One 45 minutes Make-up Sessions** are available for missed sessions scheduled at members' convenience.
Participants are required to have a 45 minute Intake Session to be scheduled at their convenience prior to the start date.

*Cost:
The fee is $60 per session** and includes materials, and $100 for the Intake Session*** paid at registration.
Clients get $20 Off their "Registration" Fee
*Participants are responsible for the full program fee, regardless of attendance. Fee does not include required book reading (reading list provided at Intake Session).
**One-on-One Make-up Sessions are available at an additional rate of $100 per session.
***Intake Sessions rescheduled outside of 48 hrs notice will be charged again.
