Hill & Co. Real Estate Acquires Peletz & Co. Real Estate
San Francisco, CA, September 03, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Hill & Co. Real Estate announced today that it has acquired Peletz & Co. Real Estate. The waterfront brokerage was established in 1995. Its office, located at the corner of Sansome and Lombard streets, will provide Hill & Co. with significant physical presence in yet another premier San Francisco neighborhood.
Steve Peletz and his team will be joining Hill & Co. It was this prospect that made the acquisition so appealing. Mr. Peletz has an outstanding reputation throughout the brokerage community. He has more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing and investing in San Francisco real estate, and an MBA from Berkeley's Haas School of Business. His real estate sales total more than $100 million.

He also built numerous medical office buildings, nursing homes and renovation projects in the San Francisco Bay Area.
The newly acquired Hill & Co. office is located at 98 Lombard Street, at the foot of Telegraph Hill, a short block from the Embarcadero. It occupies corner space leased by the San Francisco Port Authority.
