Montana Farmers Union and Agri Energy LLC to Host Regional Landowner Community Wind Development Information Sessions Across the State

Great Falls, MT, September 04, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The Montana Farmers Union (MFU) and Agri Energy LLC, a Montana based company, are pleased to announce the hosting of a series of information meetings regarding the development of landowner community wind projects. In consideration of harvest, these meetings will be scheduled after harvest has been completed. Farmers & ranchers are urged to contact the Montana Farmers Union with their interest in having such an event in their area.

“We’ve experienced such a huge demand for information about available options that we have decided to hold community meetings across the state to ensure that our farmers and ranchers are making the best and most informed decisions regarding their wind resources,” said Chris Christiaens, legislative and project specialist for the MFU.

“In addition to the statewide meetings, we will have wind workshops and an information booth available at our State Convention, which is October 16 & 17 in Great Falls,” added Christiaens.
