The Registry of Motor Vehicles no longer sends reminder notices for license renewals and people are now responsible for remembering these critical dates themselves.

StarMinder™ is a complete, turnkey, two phase program that provides the agency with the marketing collateral to alert their clients about the service. The first step consists of customized post cards, emails and voicemails branded with the agency logos and messaging, alerting their clients that the agency has adopted this unique program for them. The second is a customized landing page to get the clients to "opt in" to the service and receive notifications on these critical dates. The service will automatically notify the clients that have signed up that their license, registration or inspection sticker is up for renewal up to 45 days in advance.
