Fuentek President Named NCTA WISE Co-Chair

Schoppe has been named co-chair of the North Carolina Technology Association’s Women In Science And Engineering council. Schoppe, chair Phyllis Bailey, CEO of management consulting firm Max Q, Inc., and co-chair Kay Read, sales and marketing consultant, will work with Angela Hodges, NCTA’s programs manager, and other council members to help establish direction, branding and the future leadership of NCTA WISE. The council will identify places to establish new programs throughout North Carolina, secure speakers, raise funds and host the programs.

NCTA WISE offers inspiration and information for women who are current and emerging leaders in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM), as well as for young women making career choices.
