· A new multiple sites supervision module enables the main supervisor to get a one screen vision of several sites or services
· This module comes with map vision to get a clear and synthetic vision of the different sites
· Rights management enables the access to selected sites or services
· Notions centralized management (users, reasons, answers) simplifies configuration and updates
· Cluster architecture is enhanced with Failover/Load balancing functionalities
Sophisticated Customer Flow Management
Guaranteed calling time frees customers from passive waiting
Calling by words list increases the calling possibilities
Host mode guarantees an up to date solution without site infrastructure deployment
And more than 40 new functionalities that improve ergonomics and customer flow management strategies.
