So I think peace definitely begins at home, in the near relationships, in the heart, with yourself. In that spirit I am honoured to be given the opportunity to create peace on this day.”
Welsh singer ‘Steve Balsamo’, voice number of 0,000,000,525 said, “I am really looking forward to performing at ‘Peace In Our Lifetimes' London 'Global United Party For Peace' event. In addition to the event in London, peace parties will also be held in the USA, Canada, Brazil, Hawaii, South Africa and Jerusalem. These events have been organised in conjunction with key partners, including 'PeaceJam' a pioneering organisation who partner youth with Nobel Laureates. PeaceJams' intention is to bring forth the next generation of peacemakers through worldwide projects, including an initiative called 'A Billion Simple Acts of Peace.'
“Peace begins with each person and ripples out to those we care for in our family, friends, communities and eventually reaching out across the world to everyone,” said Ms Hazelden, “With the help of the kind, dedicated musicians performing at our Global United Party For Peace, we will be sending giant ripples of peace across the world during.”
