Meg Hopkins is Lennar’s Internet New Home Consultant.
Charleston, SC, September 13, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The Coastal Carolina Division of Lennar appointed Meg Hopkins as Internet New Home Consultant.
Shannon Williams, Director of Strategic Marketing for Lennar’s Coastal Carolina Division, said Hopkins has more than 5 years of real estate sales experience and has been a top producing New Home Consultant for Lennar.

As the Internet New Home Consultant, Hopkins is the first point of contact for online customers inquiring about Lennar homes in Coastal Carolina. Hopkins said that the Internet New Home Consultant acts as liaison between the prospective homebuyer and the Lennar New Home Consultant.
“It is my job to help the homebuyer who has inquired online, identify their desired type of home and ideal location. From there, I arrange a community site visit and meeting with a New Home Consultant who then works with the buyer on the purchasing process. It is a great system and our customers feel like they are being taken care of every step of the way,” Hopkins said.
As trends in online marketing have emerged, Lennar has positioned themselves to be a leader.
“Participation on social media networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter is integral to our marketing efforts,” Hopkins said. “Social media sites allow us to promote various messages and new incentives to literally thousands of people.
