Grand Opening of Treasure Valley Fudge

Meridian, ID, September 15, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Beth Kovac is pleased to announce the Grand Opening of Treasure Valley Fudge LLC in Meridian, Idaho. She said, “It’s always been a dream of mine to make my fudge available to the public, but it was the current economy that forced me to take the risk. It’s really come down to every man for herself.”

Her journey began in 1976 making fudge in her mother's Long Island kitchen with her in her teens. She started sending it as holiday gifts when she was 25. Each year after Thanksgiving, most of her free time was spent preparing and packaging fudge to mail nationally and globally. “My favorite part was bringing the last batches to the local police and fire stations on New Year's Eve afternoon - which I still do - I figure it's a small thank you for all they do throughout the year and something to enjoy on a busy night away from their families,” she said.

So this is a tribute to her mother and father, both now passed on, who loved to entertain. Their home was always bustling in preparation of gatherings and filled with delicious aromas. She said, “It’s probably why I have always shown the people I love my affection by feeding them.”

The fudge is now made in the beautiful region of Treasure Valley, Idaho - the Gemstone State - which inspired the product names.
