Chandler Christian Church Follows Successful Drive Thru Prayer Event with School of Prayer

Chandler, AZ, September 18, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Chandler Christian Church announced that it will be following up its successful Drive Thru Prayer event with School of Prayer. School of Prayer is aimed at teaching the community how to better communicate with God.

Associate Pastor Matt Myers commented on School Of Prayer, “Our Drive Thru Prayer event demonstrated the need of praying for others. We now want to help the community learn the power of personal prayer.”

Many people believe that meditation is some sort of new age thing or something we turn to when we can't figure out how to relax. However, meditation has been a part of God's plan for our spirituality since day 1. The Bible has a lot to say about it, Jesus did it and we should, too.

The School of Prayer will be held on Sunday September 27 at 5:30 pm in the chapel of Chandler Christian Church located at 1825 S Alma School Rd in Chandler.

This event is free and open to the public.
