Celebrities and Personalities to Attend International Chinese Culinary Competition's Award Banquet on September 22nd

New York, NY, September 19, 2009 --(PR.com)-- GoldenNetworking.com and NTDTV, a nonprofit Chinese TV network based in Manhattan, have attracted the best traditional Chinese chefs for the International Chinese Culinary Competition, a culinary competition with the goal to rediscover and promote traditional Chinese cuisines and cooking techniques. The competition is comprised of 5 categories each of which represents a regional style in China: Cantonese, Huaiyang, Szechuan, Shandong, and Northeastern Chinese cuisine.

The pièce de résistance of the International Chinese Culinary Competition will be the Award Banquet where this year's gold, silver, and bronze prize-winning chefs will collaborate on a 10-course traditional Chinese dinner to be served to our hundreds of attendees. The Award Banquet, prominently featured in The New York Times' Dining Calendar, will attract recognized Chinese celebrities and personalities.
