Kimberlite Diamond Corporation Announces Representative Agency Agreement with Al Ghali Group LLC
Kimberlite Diamond Corporation has appointed Al Ghali Group as its exclusive representative agent to distribute, deal and trade in investment quality natural coloured diamonds in the Middle East.
Toronto, Canada, September 18, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Kimberlite Diamond Corporation (Kimberlite) and its subsidiary Genesis Rare Diamonds (UK) Ltd. (Genesis) are pleased to announce that Kimberlite has entered into a written agreement with Al Ghali Group LLC (“Al Ghali Group”) dated September 8, 2009.
Pursuant to the said Agreement, Kimberlite has appointed Al Ghali Group as its exclusive representative agent to distribute, deal and trade in investment quality natural coloured diamonds to and within the Middle East (the MENA Region) and to its existing international clientele of discerning purchasers of rare and valuable antiquities.
In addition, Kimberlite, Genesis and Al Ghali Group have entered into a non-binding agreement to conduct research to explore the possibility of opening a representative office in Dubai to service our respective clientele in the region.
As Allan Walker of Kimberlite stated, "What a natural progression and fit… Al Ghali Group markets rare and valuable antiquities which are literally thousands of years old, while we (Kimberlite) market rare and valuable natural coloured diamonds which are literally billions of years old."
