Mr. Emerson also has worked for Ascend Communications, CoSine Communications, and PacWest Telecom. Russ has 15 years experience helping businesses of all sizes maximize their overall customer experience with a skill set focusing on managing strategic analysis, marketing and channel development , including company business plan development, product launches, mergers/acquisitions, and initial public offerings for technology, medical and insurance organizations. Russ holds an M.S. in Marketing from Roosevelt University and a B.A. in Communications from St. Mary's College.
