This year's report was compiled from over 1,000 submissions worldwide from MSPs, software-as-a-service (SaaS) experts, and industry peers. In order to be considered for the 2009 edition of the MSPmentor 250, individuals had to be nominated via an online survey, which MSPmentor and Nine Lives Media Inc., conducted from May 13, 2009 through July 10, 2009. In order to make the final selection of the top 250 professionals, a range of factors were considered, including executive experience, innovations, momentum, and track record.
