Clark Travel Leisure Discovers Beautiful Alfresco Garden Cafe Overlooking the Lake of Clearwater Resort & Country Club Clark Philippines
Clark Travel regularly promotes lesser known outlets and destinations in Clark Philippines to enhance travel experience of local and foreign tourists. One recent discovery is Yats Clearwater Garden Cafe located inside Clearwater Resort but cafe is open to public.

Although the CW Garden Cafe is owned by Clearwater Country Club, it is open to the public seven days a week from 7am to closing.
That's the view from the Clearwater Garden Cafe a.k.a. Clearwater Breakfast Garden. Presented is the view of the lake of Clearwater Resort & country Club, a glimpse of the white-sand beach, the idyllic lakeside lodge across the lake and to the right the fabulous Frolic garden which is laced with age-old Acacia trees.
The food is standard fare, nothing that would challenge grandma or even her yayas culinary skills. Portions are fairly large but not excessive so for a fair-size human being not on a silly diet all the time, it is finish-able. The English breakfast is very authentic and the too local breakfasts are not too bad. The English bangers and the grilled tomatoes are nice, classic even.
There is a kiddie playground adjoining the Clearwater Garden Cafe. How thoughtful? Members of the Clearwater Country Club which owns the cafe by the way, bring their kids over to enjoy the playground every weekend. Kids love it and that meant the adults could relax and enjoy the breakfast while reading newspapers also. Talking about reading, the cafe has nice magazines too - Wine Enthusiasts! and Home and Garden for the better halves.

The lunch menu was simple and inexpensive. This place is not about gourmet fine-dining but more about style and ambience. If the rains come, guests have to retreat back to the indoor portion of the cafe.
This place makes people feel good and for that reason alone, it should not be missed whenever there is a visit to Angeles, Subic or Clark Philippines.
