LGI Homes Ranked High by J.D. Powers for Quality and Overall Customer Satisfaction
In a recent survey study released by J.D. Power and Associates on builders in the Houston market, LGI Homes was ranked #3 overall in quality and #8 in overall customer satisfaction. The interesting factor in this survey is that LGI Homes is the highest ranked company that specializes in entry-level homes in these rankings. In terms of quality, LGI Homes ranks ahead of the big name national housing companies that build in the Houston area.

Power and Associates on builders in the Houston market, LGI Homes was ranked #3 overall in quality and #8 in overall customer satisfaction. The interesting factor in this survey is that LGI Homes is the highest ranked company that specializes in entry-level homes in these rankings. In both surveys, builders ranked ahead of LGI Homes primarily build move-up or luxury homes. LGI Homes’ main target market has always been in entry-level homes. In terms of quality, LGI Homes ranks ahead of the big name national housing companies that build in the Houston area.
In the overall survey on customer satisfaction with homebuilders, J.D. Power reviews and ranks nine items, based on consumer surveys. These factors include: Builder’s sales staff; builder’s warranty/customer service staff; workmanship/materials; price/value; home readiness; construction manager; recreational facilities provided by the builder; builder’s design center; and location.
