Successful Remodeling: a Free Seminar for Homeowners at Papa Razzi in Wellesley MA
Medfield, MA, October 01, 2009 --(PR.com)-- A free educational seminar being held on October 22, 2009 at Papa Razzi in Wellesley will provide information to equip homeowners with tools and information to help them start and complete a remodeling project with confidence.
The first 3 registrants who attend the event will receive a free in-home design consultation with either an Interior Designer or and Architectural designer.
The seminar titled, the “The Successful Remodeling Workshop” will be held Thursday, October 22, 2009, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Papa Razzi, located at 16 Washington St, Wellesley. Hors d'œuvres will be served from 6:30-7:00 p.m. Additional parking is available across the street at 1 Washington Street in Wellesley.
“Studies show and our clients tell us that enhancing the beauty and value of their home are key motivations for remodeling. Increasingly we find people are interested in new products that are more efficient or sustainable or will improve their quality of life. Many people have questions when starting out and are eager to know the details of successful remodeling projects,” said Tom Mitchell, president of Mitchell Construction.
The first hour is an interactive presentation and discussion. The remaining 20 to 30 minutes will be devoted to answering additional homeowners’ questions about their particular needs and visions.
Topics range from important steps to take pre-design, what to include in the contract, how to manage time and budget priorities, how to work with the project leader and consultants, and how to conduct business
throughout the project.
