HelpMyResume.org is reaching out to unemployed American's by rewriting their resumes for free. HelpMyResume.org wants to help 145,000 American's in need of resume assistance across the country at no cost.
Goodyear, AZ, October 02, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Help My Resume, (HTTP://www.helpmyresume.org) today announced the “Fight with One” campaign. This campaign is geared towards assisting one percent of the nation’s current unemployed citizens. Based off of the August 2009 figures from the United States Census Bureau there are approximately 14.9 Million unemployed American’s. It is the goal of HelpMyResume.org to assist one percent of those individuals by the end of the year, which will produce 149,000 resumes in ninety days.
This campaign is free to unemployed individuals and with HelpMyResume.org’s army of volunteers the goal of helping one percent of the current unemployed population is obtainable. “Our vision for HelpMyResume.org is to be the leader in free unemployment services for the country and this campaign will put us in the right direction,” stated the founder Josh Turner. He continues, “It’s amazing that we see the stock market going up, we hear about the economy getting better, but the unemployment rate continues to escalate. As a country we need to come together and fight this economic battle.”
Currently, HelpMyResume.org has a little more than 1200 volunteers across the country that has produced more than 7,800 resumes in a period of ten months. HelpMyResume.org is expecting that participants in this program will only have to wait fourteen business days to receive their free resume.
